  • Retail Management & Store Experience

    For experienced retail professionals capable of managing the day-to-day operation of a specialty retail environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

    Responsibilities may include staff leadership and accountability, customer-service standards, sales-floor execution, merchandising, operational procedures, promotions, events and maintaining exceptional store standards.

    Ideal candidates: Professional retail management experience, demonstrated leadership ability, strong operational judgment and experience managing employees and customer-facing environments.

  • Public Relations, Events & Store Experience

    For experienced professionals capable of developing and executing public relations, media, community, event and customer-experience strategies.

    Responsibilities may include media relations, press releases, television and earned-media opportunities, influencer relationships, tourism partnerships, event planning and execution, community relations, campaign coordination and development of the overall Sweet Memories store experience.

    Ideal candidates: Demonstrated professional experience in public relations, communications, event management, marketing, hospitality, tourism or related fields. Candidates should be prepared to provide examples of previous campaigns, events, media placements or measurable results.

  • E-Commerce & Marketplace Management

    For experienced e-commerce professionals capable of independently managing and growing online sales channels.

    Responsibilities may include marketplace management, product listings, optimization, pricing, analytics, promotions, troubleshooting and performance improvement across major e-commerce and social-commerce platforms.

    Ideal candidates: Hands-on professional e-commerce experience with demonstrated knowledge of marketplace operations, analytics, optimization and online sales growth.

  • Graphic Design & Creative

    For professional designers who understand that great commercial design must do more than look good—it must communicate a brand, connect with a customer and help sell a product.

    Responsibilities may include licensed apparel graphics, retail marketing materials, event creative, digital assets, social content, print materials, packaging and brand development.

    Ideal candidates: Professional graphic-design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating commercial work. Apparel, licensing, consumer-product or retail experience is especially valuable.

  • Screen Printing & Apparel Production

    For experienced apparel-production professionals who understand quality, efficiency, consistency and production standards.

    Responsibilities may include screen preparation, printing, production workflow, equipment operation, quality control, troubleshooting and maintaining production standards in a deadline-driven environment.

    Ideal candidates: Prior professional screen-printing or apparel-production experience and demonstrated technical knowledge of the production process.

  • Inventory, Buying & Retail Operations

    For experienced professionals who understand that inventory management is about more than stocking shelves.

    Responsibilities may include inventory analysis, purchasing, replenishment, vendor relationships, receiving, inventory accuracy, sales analysis, forecasting and identifying both high-performing and underperforming merchandise.

    Ideal candidates: Professional experience in retail buying, inventory management, merchandising, purchasing or related operations.
