Torrone Soft Pistachio Nougat

Unlike industrial-made nougats, our dough mixes slowly in the torroniere copper, then is allowed to cool naturally at room temperature where it is rolled in wooden molds between two fine wafers, then cut & packaged by hand.

This slow craftsmanship and the use of only the highest quality ingredients create our unique, delicious nougat.
